Grass Allergies
In spring and summer, some of the fruits and vegetables that you've been away all winter in the mountains to appear neatly stacked the local grocer. Did you know that the soft tube, peaches, sweet vanilla ice cream smothered in you that you may be surprised by the impact they have on hay fever? After eating some fruits, vegetables, nuts and spices, you may have noticed:
Tingling in the lips or tongue Itching of the tongue, mouth and throat CombustionSensation, lips tongue, mouth and throat Watery, itchy eyes Sneezing and runny nose Swelling or rashes on the lips, tongue and mouth
Oral allergy syndrome is not the same as a true food allergy - allergy to pollen, is your reaction to proteins found in all fresh food.

If you know you have hay fever, and answered a definitive "yes" to any of the above symptoms, how can you have oral allergy syndrome. Your body is not actually allergic to food,but to respond because of the sensitivity of existing pollen. If your diet-related symptoms are at their worst in spring and late summer, then you would most like to have oral allergy syndrome.

People with allergies to certain plants and trees suffer: alder, birch, grasses, weeds, ragweed and mugwort.
Foods that often cause allergic reactions crossed:

The same intolerance that your body has to inhaled pollen can also be applied to lists of foods.

Peeling fruits and vegetables often prevents the allergic reaction Canned, cooked or processed foods are generally not cause reactions such as fresh foods cause allergies Fresh or partially included immature is less likely to cause reactions Stop eatingEating when you notice a tingling sensation around the mouth or Be aware that you can develop allergic tendencies of other elements in the lists over time, always be careful when you eat foods in the lists Food microwave briefly to a temperature of 176-194 degrees F may allow you to eat - for the more heat disables the protein allergens, such as Nuts in the lists should be avoided altogether, regardless of whether they do or do not Immunotherapy or allergy (Recordings) will generally improve significantly or eliminate the oral allergy syndrome
